Description

Our rifle sling is a minimalist 1" wide 2-point sling. Our unique design keeps the adjustment handle out from the sling at all times, allowing for quick indexing and fast adjustment while still being flexible and snag free. Three elastic keepers along the length of the sling allow simple storage against the side of your rifle. This keeps the sling from getting tangled while in vehicles or tight spaces and allows rapid deployment when the sling is needed. While the sling is stored full AR-15 fire controls can still be used. Check out our Sling QD's and Sling Pad to pair perfectly with our rifle sling.

Features:

  • Captured adjustment tab stands out from sling for quick indexing
  • Minimalist design keeps weight and bulk low
  • Elastic keepers for easy stowage

    Rifle Sling and QD mount

Published by Don on Dec 16th 2022

Outstanding sling. Easy to install and it stows cleanly. The reason I got this sling is because it stows tightly on itself and doesn’t flop around. No more wrapping around the pistol grip like my other slings. Sling also functions well, feels sturdy, no complaints. I have my set up so that as I present the weapon, I can cinch it tighter in one upward and forward motion. I also got the two D ring type QD mounts that Defense Mechanisms sells. I definitely want another Defense Mech sling. I highly recommend! Additionally, Defense Mech’s YouTube video on how to setup the sling is a great reference.

    DM Sling

One of, if not the best, sling I have ever used. A++ retention method for keeping it tight to the gun and out of the way for easy operation and limited the ability to snag on objects when getting in/out of vehicles

    The shit

If you’re looking for reviews, it probably means you’re on the fence about getting this sling, look no further than this review any others aren’t necessary because who knows how many slings they’ve tried. I’ve tried almost all of the notable ones and this one is basically a combination of all the good things about them. I’ll make this long so it will answer whatever questions you may have. It has a nice adjustment. The good one where lifting something isn’t necessary like on the ferro sling, you just pull and it will slide in that direction. Same adjustment as the GBRS sling. The gbrs sling has a slightly smoother adjustment but this is still plenty smooth, and the pull tab is also similar, and that’s a good thing this pull tab is great! It also has plenty of adjustment and good adjustability in the front and rear. If you get the sling pad it’s comparable to the Ferro sling pad, it’s a good size which I personally prefer because it helps prevent it from rolling and getting tangled. The sling moves nicely across kit and my neck. Where the sling really stands apart from all the other good slings is the quick stowing, it is so convenient. I find myself stowing it when it’s not even necessary. It’s durable as any sling can be, your more likely to have a failure with your QDs or QD points whatever attachment you use. If I had to Quickly sum up this sling it’s a nice combination of the ferro slingster and the GBRS sling, which are my two personal favorites. This is the best sling in the market in my opinion.

    Great piece

Great sling, works amazing for short and long distance marksmanship. Adjusters are smooth, they hold in place during rapid engagements. It stows very well and is easy to deploy when it's needed without getting in the way.

    Functional, But Light

Published by VideoGeek on Apr 7th 2022

I have some other Vickers slings. This is a very functional sling, but it feels light and not as 'hefty' as my others. I would have ordered a 1.25 inch sling had that been an option. Time will tell how it works out.
