Holds your shears, or similar-sized items, on any Velcro field while still allowing use of said Velcro field. Added laser cut tabs provide the ability to secure the shears further when utilizing the Shock Cord System. Oversized Hook Velcro allows the pouch to stay attached as other items are peeled off.
