Received the pack and was impressed again by the quality of the build. I have not used the pack yet, but will shortly. Great size with EDC and to and from the office. Defiantly going to continue to purchase form Defense Mechanisms.

My only wish is that it was a little more rigid and that the zipper pulls were oriented so the flat side was perpendicular to the slide path. Great size, not covered in MOLLE and if hadn't purchased such a tactical camo pattern it would be pretty stealth. The loop Velcro on the top is perfect for a name tape with my HAM radio call-sign.

I can fit two 42oz bottles and a good amount of clothing in the bag along with some snacks and essentials I would carry. Sometimes I need something small and compact for parks and hiking. The quality is and stitching is really great and I can see this bag lasting for a LONG time. This pack also goes over a plate carrier well if you wanted to run it as such. All around an amazing bag, please make a 42 hr bag or a little larger! DM really hit it out of the park with this product.

What I've Been Looking For
I've got a bag fetish and am always looking for the perfect EDC bag. This fits the bill almost perfectly. Plenty of space to carry EDC stuff with extra room. The two front pouches work well for organizing pens, earbuds, snacks, etc. The two elastic loops inside do an excellent job of keeping water bottles upright, which has the added benefit of keeping the entire bag upright when you set it down. I don't usually carry a laptop, but that sleeve fits a notebook or papers, keeping them away from all the other stuff that would turn them into a crumpled mess. The only things I would do differently are add a loop Velcro field to the inside of the main compartment and front pouches, which would give some organization options, and add a sternum strap. When I got the first bag, I was so happy with it I ordered a second about a week later. The second bag carries heavy work gear, so is a nice upgrade from the large backpack it used to be in. I found if I had room, I would use it, so I carried way too much. This is a perfect size for me.
